Double Spotted Queenfish

The doublespotted queenfish is a tropical game fish in family Carangidae. It is associated with reefs and ranges widely throughout the Indian and Pacific Oceans.

Adults are found in clear, inshore and coastal waters to 100 m depth. Juveniles are found in inshore brackish and more turbid waters. Adults feed on fishes and small crustaceans, juveniles feed on the scales and skin tissues of other fish using specialised teeth.
